ASIFA-East Karaoke Summer Social 7/31/14
***IMPORTANT KARAOKE UPDATE***
Due to a previously scheduled event at the venue, at 9:30 we will be moved into a large private room instead of the main bar space. The good news is that we are getting this private room at NO COST. If you arrive after 9:30, just ask the bartender to direct you to the ASIFA-East room. The not-so-good news: the private room has a capacity of around 30, so we’ll be keeping a close eye on our RSVP numbers.

Just because ASIFA-East is on summer hiatus doesn’t mean we can’t have some fun! Come hang out with your fellow ASIFA peeps at the ASIFA-EAST KARAOKE NIGHT on THURSDAY, JULY 31, from 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM. We know you have artistic talent; now it’s time for you to show off your hidden singing skills! *
KARAOKE CAVE–located downstairs at 11 E. 13th Street, between Fifth Avenue and University Place–will have tables set up just for us in their main bar space. If you need a little liquid courage, enjoy their buy-one-get-one happy hour drink specials until 8:00 PM. A song will cost you $2, but it’s free with the purchase of a full-priced drink (and just $1 with the purchase of a happy hour drink). And if they don’t have your favorite cartoon theme song in the book, you can always give “A Whole New World” a try.
So come have drinks, talk toons, and sing tunes with ASIFA-East July 31!

Due to the popularity of the Karaoke event, Life drawing is canceled for this Thursday (7/31) and will be on Hiatus for the month of August.
