Coming up this September 19-21, 2014, The School of Visual Arts will be holding its Inaugural Alumni Film & Animation Festival. Featuring some of the College’s most accomplished film, video, and animation alumni, this multi-day festival will include screenings, premieres of new work, behind-the-scenes looks at box office hits and classics, and special Q&As with industry insiders.
This promises to be quite the animation weekend! Don’t miss:
A special midnight screening of Beevis and Butthead Do America followed by a Q&A with Director Yvette Kaplan on 9/20.
A screening of The Avengers followed by a behind the scenes look at the special effects on 9/19.
A presentation of Animated Shorts followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers on 9/20.
A screening of Rio 2 followed by a Q & A with artists from Blue Sky Studios on 9/21.
