Animation Nights New York

Our friends Yvonne Grzenkowicz and Robert Lyons have some exciting news to share with the NY Animation community!  Animation Nights New York is a new monthly animation screening and they want you to come be a part of it! A Call for Entries!

We are launching a new monthly animation event, “Animation Nights New York” held in conjunction with our host event venue The Fulton Stall Market at 207A Front Street in the Fulton Seaport district of Manhattan. It will be an on-going monthly series of animation screenings at 8:00 on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Our premiere will be “NY Independents“. We want to do more then just screen animation, we hope to create a forum for an exchange of ideas after the screenings in a friendly environment that includes an attached bar. The events will be free with seating for about 30 plus people. If you are a NY based animator and would like to participate in the launch of what we hope will become an on-going monthly animation exchange, please contact us via email at info@animationnights.com with a link to your film.

In future months we will be planning screenings based around a variety of themes for which we will be open to suggestions. Additionally we want to hold semi regular open screenings where animators can show their works in progress and get feedback from the local animation community.
