A Fond Farewell and a Joyful Welcome

This season marks an exciting time for ASIFA-East as we expand our team of board members and say a fond farewell to a few. As our terms as Co-President come to a close, Linda Beck and I couldn’t be more proud of the entire board member team whose dedication has helped ASIFA-East thrive and become the organization it is today. We also say goodbye to Emmett Goodman as he takes time off to pursue his masters. While our new schedules require that we step down, we happily remain as Advisory members and look forward to catching up with you at future events.

On a personal note, for the last 10-15 years, I have had the pleasure of helping run this wonderful organization and working with all of you. It’s been an amazing and fulfilling experience.   As 2015 comes to an end, I will be stepping out of my role as Co-President, Web Manager, and Board Member to pursue creative projects.   I am looking forward to the new and exciting challenges ahead. Words cannot adequately describe the role ASIFA has played in my life and I am truly grateful for the experiences I’ve had and the friends I’ve made along the way.
